I truly enjoyed this film, it was very refreshing. This is just what our family needed in these times of movies full of killings, drugs use, bad language and finding fault with others. This movie shows the compassionate side of a person who is well off being exposed to another person having hard times and down on their luck, a simple story of one person’s compassion and benevolence to another. With all the bullying in schools this movie helped me bring up the topic of benevolence with my children on the way home in the car. For me Tyler Perry’s movies are good family entertainment, whatever the story line I always come away with a good feeling, as well as being entertained. My husband and I completely enjoyed this film and would recommend it to anyone with the ability to watch a movie WITHOUT someone being killed, raped, cursed out or pistol whipped. If this is the kind of movie you care for then this is not a film for you.
GREAT MOVIE- GOD BLESS ---- YOUR NUMBER ONE FAN
This film was absolutely terrible and I do not recommend seeing it in the theaters because it is very stupid and it would be a waste of your tie and money. I mean I knew this film will be bad from the title, it is so stupid and obvious and it makes me angry that this film was even released in the theaters, Tyler Perry should be ashamed of himself but all he cares about is money so that will never happen. Perry has zero imagination and zero talent but because he makes films that in his opinion satisfy a certain demographic he makes a lot of money and that is disgusting to me. While watching this film I could not believe how bad it was and I am not being harsh, I am being honest. You will know what will happen in this film from watching the first 2 minutes of the film and the rest of the time you will be wondering why you paid money to see this, I think I should have been paid to see this so called movie. Overall, I urge you to not see this film and stop putting cash into Perry’s pocket.
